The terrace served plenty of meals for breakfast. All the staff was super friendly and amiable, settled my issues. Location in the very heart of the city was a plus. Went to Loopez for drink or two, set a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I was thoroughly impressed! The location of this hotel is perfect, being right in the heart of the city. It was so convenient to be able to walk to all the attractions and restaurants in the area. The staff at this venue were incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any request. The service provided, such as room service and housekeeping, was top-notch and really enhanced my overall experience. Additionally, the hotel offers a range of amenities such as airport shuttle and tours/ticket assistance, making it easy to explore the city. The room itself was spacious and beautifully decorated, and I especially appreciated the little touches like the in-room safe and mini-bar. this place exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The hotel was in a great location, close to all the hot spots, and the room size was decent. The breakfast was average, but the rooftop view stood out. The friendliness of the staff was a highlight.
The hotel was not what we expected. The décor was outdated and the room felt overused.

We had a great stay in this hotel. Best aspects were the cleanliness, location in a vibrant part of the city, close to the beach and shopping, and friendly staff. The breakfast on the rooftop was amazing too.
There was nothing I didn't like.

I absolutely loved the elegant and tasteful decoration of this hotel. The grand foyer and common areas were adorned with beautiful artwork and comfortable seating, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. As a senior, accessibility is important to me, and I was pleased to find that this hotel had excellent accessibility features, including ramps and elevators, making it easy for me to navigate the entire property. The staff were like my own children, always ready to assist and accommodate any of my needs.
In terms of making my vacation even better as a senior, I would have appreciated some senior-specific activities or excursions organized by the hotel. While the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, it would have been nice to have some special events or outings tailored to the needs and interests of senior guests.

One small issue with the check-in process left a negative impact on an otherwise great stay.
